Welcome to pre90, operated by Kuckart Business Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the pre90 platform, mobile application, or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kuckart Business Solutions LLC. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

pre90 is a fanclub engagement platform designed specifically for football supporters. The Service provides:

• Match prediction features and competitions
• Leaderboards and rankings within fanclub communities
• Community engagement tools for football supporters
• Administrative tools for fanclub organizers
• Real-time match updates and statistics
• Social features for fanclub members

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3.2 Account Registration

4.2 Code of Conduct

pre90 is a community platform for football supporters. We expect all users to treat each other with respect and maintain a positive environment. Hate speech, discrimination, and toxic behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Kuckart Business Solutions LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Match data, statistics, and fixtures are provided by third-party data providers. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of such information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KUCKART BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Damages resulting from any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kuckart Business Solutions LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

10.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kuckart Business Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

12. Changes to Terms
